Process

Your boat deck. Cut to fit.

Every boat deck goes through the same process. No guess work with hand tracing measurements, no outsourcing design work and fabrication, no down time in the use of your boat.

Four steps

Scan. Design. CNC Cut. Install.

Scan

Digital templating at our Gulfport shop or your dock. Every hatch, cleat, and curve captured to the millimeter.

Design

Pick colors, texture, borders, and routed graphics. You approve a proof before anything gets cut.

CNC Cut

CNC Router cut from premium cross-linked foam sheets (High Density Polyethylene and Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) made in the USA.

Install

Marine-grade pressure-sensitive adhesive, professionally laid. Most boats done in a day.

Why CNC matters

Most local marine decking is traced from cardboard templates and trimmed with a razor knife. It works, until you look at the seams between panels, the fit around a hatch ring, or the wave in a long edge.

We scan with digital tools accurate to fractions of a millimeter, then cut on a CNC router that does not get tired and does not guess. The proof you approve is the file the machine cuts.

Materials we use

  • Closed cell cross-linked foam sheets (High Density Polyethylene and Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) made in the USA.
  • 3M marine grade pressure sensitive adhesive. Heat removable, will not damage gelcoat or roto molded lids.
  • Sharp routing tools for clean, fuzz-free edges.
