Bay boats are our most common install. Between 18-foot skiffs and 24-foot bay boats, deck geometry repeats often, and once we have a hull scanned the next one of the same model goes faster.
Casting platforms get a slip-resistant deck pad. The cockpit floor gets the full system with hatch cutouts that line up. We notch around scuppers, livewell drains, and console feet so nothing sticks up or peels back.

Pick colors, texture, borders, and routed graphics. You approve a proof before anything gets cut.
CNC Cut
CNC Router cut from premium cross-linked foam sheets (High Density Polyethylene and Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) made in the USA.
Install
Marine-grade pressure-sensitive adhesive, professionally laid. Most boats done in a day.
